General Provisions and Definitions

Certain specific terms used in these Terms have the following meanings:

• "Platform" — tk10b's website, app, and all related digital services.
• "User" or "You" — any person who is registered on the platform and using its services.
• "Account" — your personal registered profile on the platform.
• "Services" — all online gaming, betting, and related activities provided by tk10b.
• "Balance" — funds or bonus credits held in your account.
• "Bonus" — promotional credits or benefits granted by tk10b.

These Terms are prepared in Bengali and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in Bangladesh.

Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To use tk10b's services, you must be at least 21 years of age. Registration and gaming by minors is strictly prohibited. You may be asked to provide valid proof of age at the time of registration. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Process

Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and will be treated as fraudulent activity. Information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Any changes to personal information must be reported to the platform immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

tk10b may verify your identity at any time for security and fraud prevention purposes. This process may require you to submit a national ID card, passport, or other documents. Withdrawals may be held pending until the verification process is complete.

Account Use and Security

3.1 Password Protection

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. If anyone accesses your account without authorization, notify our support team immediately. Sharing your login details with third parties is prohibited.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account. tk10b is not liable for any loss resulting from authorized or unauthorized use, unless you have notified us in a timely manner.

3.3 One Account Policy

Only one account may be operated per individual, household, or IP address. If multiple accounts are detected, the additional accounts and their balances will be forfeited.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳100. tk10b currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. Before submitting a withdrawal request, ensure that your account has been fully verified.

4.3 Currency and Transactions

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). tk10b does not pay interest on any transaction. Deposited funds will not be converted to any other currency.

4.4 Fraudulent Transactions

If any deposit is charged back or reversed, tk10b reserves the right to deduct that amount and any associated winnings from the account. In cases of fraudulent transactions, the account will be permanently closed.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times. This means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus will only become active once the specified wagering requirements are met.
• Each promotion has its own validity period and terms — details can be found on the promotions page.
• Wagering must be completed before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• A user may not claim the benefit of a specific promotion more than once.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, tk10b reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.

5.3 VIP Program

tk10b's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play, and each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate. Full details of VIP benefits are published separately.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Fair Gaming

tk10b is committed to fair play as a safe and reliable platform. All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). The platform uses SSL encryption to keep your information secure.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game's interface. tk10b reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a technical error or server outage causes the outcome of a game to be uncertain, that round will be considered void and the wagered amount will be refunded. No compensation claims will be accepted in such cases.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk10b platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering with false, misleading, or another person's identity.
• Placing coordinated or manipulated bets for the purpose of obtaining bonuses.
• Using any automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Hacking, phishing, or any other cybercriminal activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or insulting other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability of the platform.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where necessary.

Responsible Gambling

tk10b gives the highest priority to responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be for entertainment — not a source of financial stress or addiction.

Intellectual Property

Game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, PG Soft, and others) have their own intellectual property rules, and tk10b is not liable for any breach of those rules.

Limitation of Liability

tk10b is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages under applicable law, including:

• Delays or failures related to third-party services (payment gateways, game providers).
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the user has not kept their credentials secure.
• Service interruptions due to force majeure events (natural disasters, government orders, pandemics).

In any case of liability, tk10b's maximum responsibility will be limited to the amount of the user's deposit associated with the relevant incident.

Account Suspension or Closure

11.1 Closure by tk10b

tk10b may temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Direction from a legal or regulatory authority.

11.2 Closure by the User

You may contact the support team at any time to close your account. Before closing your account, ensure there are no active bonuses or pending bets. Any eligible balance may be withdrawn before closure.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, please contact our support team first. We will aim to respond within 72 hours. If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, you may appeal to senior management.

Any legal dispute will be handled by following applicable legal procedures. In interpreting these Terms, the Bengali language version will be considered authoritative.
